Like their British neighbours, the French have revealed they are to enlarge their nuclear weapons stockpile
French President Emmanuel Macron has revealed that he has ordered an increase in the country's stockpile of nuclear weapons
This comes after France's next door neighbour Britain also declared she is to increase her nuclear weapons arsenal.
France is also from now on to no longer tell the world how many nuclear warheads she possesses.
The French are also considering asking their close allies the British if they will allow nuclear-armed French jets to be stationed in Britain.
Europe's two nuclear powers have close cooperation in defence matters, but shortly after Macron's speech France and Germany announced "closer cooperation" in military matters.
Invading a nuclear armed country is not impossible but is, technically, suicidal...
