Rogers Communications Inc. CEO Guy Laurence made $12.7m between December 2 and the end of the year. That’s about 20 business days, meaning he got paid $600,000 a day. Where does Rogers get the money for all this?

• Sending bills to dead people who never had accounts with Rogers
• Sending bills to and ruining the credit rating of living people who never had accounts with Rogers
• By charging errenous cancellation fees
• By charging for Internet traffic that didn’t go over the Rogers network

Rogers Communications Inc was rated the worst telecom provider in terms of customer satisfaction last year. When Mr. Laurence turned Vodafone into one of the most untrusted telecom service providers in the UK and around the world. Looks like Mr. Laurence was indeed the perfect candidate for the job.

Yep, no fan of Rogers. I remember getting $1,600.00 bill from them over U.S. roving after my mother died and I had to call home. I thought I had 100% coverage, but they had no footprint in the Plattsburgh NY area. $5.00 a minute. Three trips into that area was mighty costly and the way I was treated, well let's just say I will never support Rogers again. That was 12 years ago.
