I also had the same problem with FIDO/TELUS except i was on an automatic withdrawal from my bank account system! I am now short over $300 with no satisfaction from FIDO! HELPPPPPPP Fido continued to withdraw money from my account even after i had physically handed my phone over to telus. How do u explain me using a phone which i didnt have????

You probably took the phone to a Telus Dealer rather than a Telus Corporate store. Big mistake. In any case, it's up to you to phone Fido the day you turn your phone over and make sure the account is closed to avoid further billing.
