That’s the un-Reverend Fred Phelps’ Westboro Baptist Church in Kansas who claims that God is punishing American soldiers for defending a country that harbors gays.

They make a habit of picketing the funerals of soldiers killed in Iraq with their anti gay message.

Their church is not affiliated with any larger denomination, being comprised mostly of Phelps' kith and kinfolk.
