In Canada one may convict another solely based on viewing a 5 second video and emotion, but in my country that Marine is innocent until proven guilty.

You sound like you have been in the military and you must know as well as I do that military law is totally arbitrary and one is either innocent or guilty until proven innocent or guilty depending on what's convenient at the time.

You must also know that most US war crimes are covered up. I remember many in Vietnam coming off the field (I was in a signal outfit myself) bragging about what brutal things they did mostly during interregation. And turning over prisoners to allies knowing what will happen to them afterwards still counts as a war crime or allowing forces you're allied with to continue atrocities. I remember human heads many times being displayed in the village.

War criminal? You are judge and jury?

He shot a wounded, unarmed man in front of a camera, Paco. Are you one of those guys sending death threats to the journalist for capturing that war crime on tape?

In Canada we do what Georgie tells us to. If we don't Paul Martin will fire us. Fortunately I don't work for Paul Martin.

What is your point? Do you allege premeditated and deliberate murder of women and children by my country? Do you have proof?

No I allege gross disregard for the safety of civilians and the use of tactics and munitions that places them at risk. That's a war crime, little buddy.

Your perception is blinded by... what?

Nothing at all, not even the lies of your media and your president.

How does one logically draw such conclusions? From "being fired upon from the same mosque" to "no longer shooting, wounded and disarmed."

By checking the available facts and finding out what the laws are.

The Marine is clearly heard saying, "he's faking."

Not being dead is now a reason to shoot somebody? I'd better get a gun...I know a lot of people who are still breathing.

I didn't hear that Marine yell, "He's disarmed and wounded! But I shall kill him anyway!"

Might as well have.

It's war. Get over it. You live in an dream world were reality is whatever you are smoking today.

It's war. There are rules of conduct and laws that govern behaviour. Follow them.

I'm smoking Drum tobacco today, Paco. No dreams, just waking nightmares every time I turn on the news and see what your country has become.
