english language in quebec

what is your opinion of the english language in quebec?

In PQ, English is used mostly in Montreal island. Within 15km outside of islnad people know a little English. After 15 km, people hardly speak English.

Even in Monteal island, Western part is English, centre bilangual, extreme east in French.

Hull is another city where English must be spoken.

Pretty much yeah, However there are a few English (bilingual) in Quebec City too. After all, English is the business language.

Also, anywhere west of Montreal is usually English or bilingual. Anywhere east is French.

governement should not restrict french children going to english primary schools. they are in terrible situation in english universities.
