Let's ban pesticides for lawns, because they are bad for the environment, by selling permits to use it.

I live in a town that banned lawn pesticides a decade ago. The town that I grew up in did it two decades ago. I'll bet that more than half of the lawns in the country are covered by that ban, by now.
