Should Canada increase its foreign-aid?
I'm undecided on this, but if that money is just going to helping the middle to upper classes in those countries such as this:

Then I'd rather the government cut sforeign-aid spending altogether and let me give to the charity of my choosing via tax deductions and such, so that I can give to actually help the poor in other countries and not just subsidize their middle-to-upper classes.
