Decision on massive B.C. hydro project

BC is a growing province, 460.000 people will be supplied with uninterrupted clean energy for 100 years. What is that mean for the people in the area?

a catch 22 situation, the use of clean power will save the planet, the building of a Dam will destroy the eco system in the area. What should prevail?…..
