Conservative Stance on SSM

It's kind of bizarre, admittedly, but that pretty much sums up their stance. What kills me the underlying homophobia and brutal stupidity just under the surface. "You mean boys do that to each other?"
I'm just here to say, "Yup they do. They do it with girls too. Ask your wife, Mr. Harper. Maybe she will, maybe she won't, maybe she already has (likely not with you though, Stevie), but the "ick factor" isn't dependent on gender."
I'm a big believer in the ick factor as a driving force for all sorts of anti-sex people. I don't know why anybody would want to do that either, whatever it might be. Apparently people do though and my personal hang-ups should have exactly as much bearing on their behaviour as their's do on mine. None at all.

The Conservatives really are ignorant intolerant party. What next no immigration? No voting unless you are a white male? Their views or beliefs went out 50 years ago.

I find that a bit extreme even for them, but I would be extremely curious to see what they would do as far as limting rights goes if elected.
Though, not curious enough to give them a givernment to show us with.
