I don't see how cloning cattle could, in itself, make any difference to the meat or milk.
Are you aware that it is common practice to "flush" cows; that is, after the eggs are fertilized, you flush out the cow, and freeze the fertilized eggs. You can them implant these fertilized eggs into ordinary cows, and the resulting offspring are, of course, the pedigreed offspring.....
There's a fine, fine line between that and cloning.
