I don't know what happened to him, but in the last two seasons, he's lost his consistency and his sharpness. It's a shame, because when he's on, he's awesome. But he's not very consistent.

Suppose he's into drugs?sure got the symptoms ,a sudden change in attitude and performance.
He was great as a junior and at times shows amazing potential but those moments are few and far between.

I watched his game against the Canucks last night and to be truthful, he got almost no help from the defense. The first two goals were by Canuck forwards walking in alone on the goaltender. The Canadiens had their chances in the early going but when every mistake ends up in your net, it is hard to mount a decent offence.

Yes, as I said to the mother of the goalie on my daughter's team last year, when one player makes a mistake, there's four other skaters out there to recover...but when the goalie makes a mistake, it's usually a goal. If the other team gets a shot on net, the other 5 players haven't done their part.

Carey Price is a very good goalie, and last night his team hung him out to dry, and
on top of that, some of canucks goals were highlight reel goals, that no goalie
would have stopped.
He has been playing great and last night he and his team hit the wall because of
a determined canuck team that was fed up with those 3 losses, and decided nothing was going to stop them.

Carey Price was not to blame, and there is nothing wrong with his goaltending at all.

I've been giving this guy the benefit of the doubt since the all star game last year and he's still 1 good game then 4 bad ones.I know the talent is there somewhere but no idea what some one has to do to bring it out..

It's the whole team that wins the game. As Ten Penny said earlier, If the other team gets a clear shot on the net, it is the fault of the rest of the team, not the goaltender. The other night Montreal had some shots on Luongo but for the most part the shots were low percentage shots from the outside. The biggest dangers are rebounds that bounce to an opposing player in front of an open side of the net. The defensemen have to clear away those rebounds. A good defense can make the goaltender look good and a great goaltender can make the whole team look good.
