Aaah, we should have a national beer! Now you're thinkin' pea! We can be better than the Paris bunch, by havin beer and Cheese, possibly spread over nachos

As for the Cheeses...rubber, blech! Canadian Cheese is woinderful

I like cheddar. Not those bland blocks that you buy at Superstore, but the stuff you get at specialty shops that's so sharp it takes your breath away.

I think I remember Rat Trap, but I also havent seen it in a very long time.

Try Imperial Cold Pack, rev - comes in a red-and-black plastic tub, kinda like sour cream. It just about makes your mouth pucker. I have some in the fridge as we speak.

Great with peanut butter on a Saltine.

We have some of that right now. It's yummy. There's this other stuff that I used to get at a butcher's shop in the north end. It was even better. It didn't have a name though. Sadly, that butcher's shop is gone.
