Can't for the life of me get my computer to recognize my Brother printer

I've tried a zillion things...but no luck so far.

Is it a new printer? I had two Brother printers, and both were pretty finicky.

Have you tried name tags?

I guess if you had to print off the name tags, that would be…frustrating.

I didn't realize Brother makes printers.

If it's new, take it back. It could be defective. Dropped in the warehouse type defective.
