Doesn't surprise me a bit. Take a drive around Kelowna any day of the week to see an over-abundance of "me first" millennial rolling hazards. ANd it's not uncommon anywhere in the province to get raged at for keeping to the speed limit. They had to make it a law to "keep right except to pass" because the concept of courtesy was completely foreign to most.
