Canada the Good Hypocrite Part 6
I truly believe that these agencies must NOT work without court order or at the very least be required by law to get both sides’ views and write them in the report at same time. First and most important thing in "justice" (if anyone knows the meaning of that word) is: in any dispute the judge, arbiter...etc MUST hear both sides before deciding anything. For these agencies to exist and have legal status they should have strict rules of fairness. Notify all parties involved (do not trust your so called members). Since events are never discussed in courts both sides should have their say written in the report. As for collection agencies same rules apply, no court no extreme behavior. The laws/rules for credit agencies put them in a very strong position. The worst and most dangerous is the new intentions of using credit score for job hiring. How STUPID could people get to use an absurd faulty system like that to decide people’s future? Is this true stupidity or a trick to support systemic racism?
When you get old in Canada everybody gets ready to take a bite. You look around to see everybody is sharpening their teeth, from companies, individuals to governments. That is not the case in some countries that we call uncivilized!! They respect and help their seniors. May be our ‘civilized’ society should look to these countries and learn some human traits. That is it for phone companies.
