During an interview in New York with a Canadian journalist that great airhead David Beckham was asked if he had plans to visit the country. "Victoria's been there," he said. "She loves Canada but I've never been."
After an embarrassed silence the journalist informed Beckham he had been there - On July 11th 1998 for a Spice Girls concert in Toronto. "Did I?" he said. "I'd forgotten." :lol:
Don't take it personally, my Canuck friends, as it probably says more about old goldfish brain's measly IQ than it does about Canada. And who wouldn't want to forget a Spice Girls concert? :wink:
