Canada should establish deeper trade with Singapore. Singapore is not only wealthy, but its strict laws also make it one of the safest countries in the world to live in... except for criminals of course! 
Freer trade between our countries could allow Canadians to learn more about Singapore's success and let the positive aspects of its culture of respect for the law and discipline rub off on us a little. It would do the body-politic good.
