You're right there.

Only a few Canadian soldiers have dies in Iraq, but Canadians make such a big hullaballoo out of it.

But 103 British soldiers have died, but the British don't really notice - except the families of those who have died.

The British are used to having their soldiers die in conflict - since World War II, 1968 is the ONLY year in which NO British soldier has died in conflict.

The debate, if you had seen it, would convince you that this decision was made because the intervention would not have been in the best interest of Canada at the time
