You're right there.

Only a few Canadian soldiers have dies in Iraq, but Canadians make such a big hullaballoo out of it.

But 103 British soldiers have died, but the British don't really notice - except the families of those who have died.

The British are used to having their soldiers die in conflict - since World War II, 1968 is the ONLY year in which NO British soldier has died in conflict.
