They come with a warranty.....

I've got a Seabring with 80k on it and I have had to replace one head light, and a wiper. Not bad, I think.

RE: BUYING a car from a u

Have you ever experienced "limp-mode", Jay? That's the mode your Chrysler product goes into when the transmission fails so you can drive to the nearest dealership and get a new transmission.

That's right, their transmissions have such a high rate of failure that they had to build in something called "limp mode".

I haven't experienced it myself....sounds like a good idea to put that mode in though.

I will have to look into it, but I haven't heard of any complaints about these lines of cars.

Good old Chrysler. Guy at work just brought home a magnum (last week); if you fill it up with gas, it floods itself and can barely be started. They're going to replace the gas tank. And the dashboard doesn't switch from miles to km properly, so the whole central dash unit has to be replaced.

But it's only a week old, so what do you expect?

Unfortunately, from Chrysler, I don't expect anything else.

Quality? what did you say? I'm sorry, I didn't hear you.
