Brits to spend big on Coronation memorabilia

Just think of all the younger folk you'll be able to bore to screaming fits with that rubbish for decades to come!
They're selling Charles III mugs and other memorabilia in supermarkets, including Union Jacks and bunting and plastic Union Jack hats. I really fancy buying one of the mugs. They're only £8. I might get one of the Union Jack hats, so during the Coronation I can wear it while swigging beer out of my Charles III mug.
The interiors of supermarkets and shops are festooned with bunting with Crown logos on and Union Jacks on. You go through the main doors of my local ASDA supermarket and on the wall is a poster of the King with the words "CORONATION OF KING CHARLES III. 6TH MAY 2023." There are cartoon images of the King painted in shop windows and house windows.
After the national mourning of the death of the previous monarch the country is now in party mood in the run-up to the Coronation of our new monarch.
