Symmetrical you mean, a stoke makes you turn left or right only. Checked out some meds for my lower back. Confusion is listed as a side :effect, I do like confusion at all, let alone on display in public, like filling in the To: part with the return address and not get looks from behind the counter. At least with back pain alone they only see the stream of tears and then they fill out the form for you.
