How did the food industry get us to stop asking the question: is sugar toxic?

It all starts with a secret PR campaign dating back to the 1970s.

For forty years, Big Sugar deflected all threats to its multi-billion dollar empire, while sweetening the world's food supply. As obesity, diabetes, and heart disease rates skyrocket, doctors are now treating the first generation of children suffering from fatty liver disease.

The sugar industry is once again under siege.

They dodged the bullet once.

Will they do it again?

Corn sugar people, it's corn sugar that's the bad guy.

Raw cane sugar is easily broken down by your body.

You may have thought you dodged a bullet because your elevated blood sugars weren’t high enough for a diabetes diagnosis. But new research shows they may still be taking a toll on your health.

A new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine has found a higher dementia risk even among people who do not have diabetes.

yes and for many it is addictive and added to most if not all processed food.

I think too many people are becoming diet conscious so "will they dodge the bullet"...not eventually...just like tobacco did not...but it took decades

'acidic body conditions'

No kidding, that's good news. Ozone treatments should be getting some attention. Imagine if the tales of the fountain of yout was actually spending a full day sitting in a warm solution of water maxed out with borax. Why do I know this, I've been reading on how to end a fungal caused pneumonia and that seems to be one of the only ways.

Life could get rough, 3 glasses of dry wine to erase the unhealthy fat associated with a 20oz marbled steak. So full the barko lounger creaks when I plop down on it.

yesterday a teacher treated me to a poisonous pizza slice...when you haven't had pizza in months it tastes pretty good...addiction is like that though

prime rib is being missed big time

Ph of 7.8 and just above is as east as getting some ph strips and if you test out as low add some baking soda to some water. You can buld a $30 ozone generator and bubble O2 through the water for 20 minutes and that is the other half of the health treatment that puts extra O2 into you. If they are using it to combat the effects of chemo them that could be the way to avoid chemo altogether. The best cure is to not get sick in the first place.
Here is a link to 12 vids that might be helpful. Turmeric @ 2 grams a day is supposed to help clear up brain fog, if that is forgetting things in mid sentence then do I drink it or snort it is the only remaining question.

yes turmeric is big now...as is lemon water which also alkalizes the body

and you are right...best cure is not to get sick but if you do, what goes into the mouth should be the first line of defense to cure it

I use ACV as a blood thinner when needed. I can max out at 3 oz a day if needed. Since I prefer to chase it at once I put in some baking soda to take the bite out and then drink it like a shooter and sip on some water after. It also kicks out fat in the blood as it turns it to mush and the body can get rid of that. In your case vinegar as a salad dressing would prepare you for the fat that is to follow in the form of a steak.

If you feel good but still fail your lab tests for fat you could try starting you fast at 6pm and when you have your test at 7am tell them you stopped eating at 7pm. If the results over a few visits suggest you start fasting at 5pm to get a passing grade then that should be used to determine how much you eat in a day, a heavy breakfast and a light supper might do you more good than a light breakfast and a heavy supper as it eliminated the need to store the energy before it gets used. I did that once and have never had to go back to redo it. That also means if I wanted to fry up a pack of bacon crisp and eat it myself I might have to do my drink thing a few extra time over the next week (or split it if I can plan a bing eat ahead of time. (not likely)

ACV also does the 'medicine must taste bad or it won't work' theme. The sad part is all the alternative cures cost like $1/ year to treat the whole family which means the Clinics and Emergency ward would be void of people in need of care. Good luck to the medical industry if bone setting ever become a thing you do in the home garage or rec room.

Like have the mind snap no more than 30 seconds before the body packs it in? That would work out okay meaning the odds of it happening is pretty slim.

well, that could work yes...but I've known of a few people in my world who went out in the most spectacular of ways...a childhood friend's dad/neighbour was digging a hole with his son-in-law for a new clothesline...down he went...his son-in-law was a fire fighter and his wife a nurse so they tried to revive him...he was dead before he hit the ground....what a mercy

the other one that I particularly like was a neighbour who just didn't wake up...his wife rolled over in the morning and he was dead...what a way to go

I don't think the odds are all that bad actually

yeah lol...pretty much....my shocker was....on the long weekend we were on the road a lot so I ate garbage...after I got back on track I was cutting up veggies for my green juice and my mouth started to water...after you begin to feed yourself correctly the body knows what it needs.

Popcorn wit fatback seasoning, I think I'm going to die.
popcorn (not the microwaved type) has a huge amount of antioxidants and fiber and it's a whole grain

When I was a kid I use to love the big bucket of butter drenched popcorn at the movies.
yeah when you were a kid your body could handle that type of poison...as we age, not so much
