Bloggers film under skirts, due in court

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Two Dutch news bloggers caught filming under women's skirts in a car park in order to warn the public of the intimate views afforded by see-through stairs must appear in court, according to their blog.

I think it's altogether possible for someone to go out without underwear and EXPECT not to have someone shove a camera up their skirt. Maybe they're leaving off the underwear for ventilation, or as a fun treat for a lusted-one?

Yes, camera's shoved under skirts without permission is bad...no underwear while wearing a short skirt going up an elevator, or see through stairs or while exiting a low rider is just being a exhibitionist...

Regardless of what a person wears, there is a certain level of privacy that should be respected. Showing off your legs is one thing....but having someone hiding and filming where they do not belong is just plain wrong. I hope the judge slams them even if just to send a message to other "voyeurs" to find a "consenting" adult to tape.
