Interesting if he can get this up and going. Personally I think Canada needs a huge boost to it's infrastructure too but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Though this part was funny though: "Rep. Sam Graves (R-Mo.), a lawmaker present at the Thursday meeting with Biden in the White House, told The Hill, “I thought it was good, it seemed to be productive. The president was very engaged and very open. Nobody got into any fights.” As if a 'fight' is supposed to be normal?!

Where does this phrase "Build Back Better" come from? Many governments and organisations are using it. Is it all part of the sinister Great Reset like the lockdowns are?

Boris Johnson urged the leaders of the G7 to “build back better” as he teased Joe Biden for “nicking” his slogan.

Flashback: Joe Biden's first presidential run in 1988 cratered amid multiple instances of plagiarism

  • When incidents of plagiarism in campaign speeches and during his time in law school came to light, his campaign was soon suspended.
  • "My intent was not to deceive anyone,'' Biden wrote at the time. ''For if it were, I would not have been so blatant.''

He does a lot of plagiarism. He's even been stealing quotes off Neil Kinnock, the Labour leader who was trounced by Thatcher in the 1983 and 1987 elections.

What do you mean? Carbon taxes and the Infrastructure bank have Canadians living in luxury.

Oh, I see.......Only the rah, rah, feel good bullshit can be talked about.....Never how much something costs us. The liberal way.

Had I realized you didn't mean it seriously but sarcastically I wouldn't have replied.

It sounded like you had no clue who was going to pay for it (taxpayers). As for how long... well as long as it takes to fix broken bridges, f'ed up road systems, I'd love there to be an actual rail system again...

If people wanted to travel via rail there would be a rail system , but seeing both automobile and air travel is more convenient rail cannot compete .

Why do they have to call the Green new deal an infrastructure plan?

Because over 50% of taxpayers are against the Green new deal but agree basic infrastructure needs upgrading

I would think it's because this "Green New Deal" (which I question) is meant to upgrade and adjust infrastructure so it's more environmentally friendly/earth friendly and meant to reduce how much humans don't give a shit about the planet.
