Hi

I have a pc running as a server, and 8 work stations where 8 persons must have access to Microsoft files and folder and images.

I would like to find a way to avoid any person to coy information for private purposes.

I am thinking probably I could assign a server hard disk drive id to all the work that is done, allowing the workers to use the information normal purpose. But if they copy into cd or pen disk cannot be read on other computer.

That is it possible? If so, can somebody advise-me the best way?

Thanks

Why do they need access to these folders if they aren't allowed to copy them?

Hi

They need every day to access all data in order to do their job.

But also can use the company data base to sale to other companies or one of them set up there own company.
