so the U.S. government cannot be held accountable for the evils it does. Why is our government not more vocal in criticism? Because they are part of this process. Watching the Arar inquiry it is clear that the RCMP officer Mike C. was in violation of the U.N. treaty on torture but will not be charged with his crimes because he was following orders of his political masters.
