I just mean physically. The mind is important for maintaining an erection, but so is the body. I don't know if a penis could maintain an erection when it's been injured in that way.

Plus in South Africa there is a very disturbing trend of men raping virgins in order to cure themselves of AIDS. They aren't doing it for anger.

I've heard of that. I don't know how much truth is in it, but I remember hearing that they'll go so far as to rape babies, because they believe their virginity is the cure.

The rapist would just penetrate with something else first. Maybe the barrow of a gun. Perhaps more guys will get set up for rape with such a contraption then woman it actually saves.
