Throwing out her plea bargain was the proper decision..as the court said,"there cannot be a conspiracy of one",and her boyfriend is already serving his sentence.

Why did she make a plea bargin and plead guilty then? Plus tapes don't lie. She is guilty and has no excuse.

I see now more abuse in Afghanistan.

How about human rights being abused by releasing inappropriate picture of Saddam Hussein? Yes, he was a dictator installed by the same people showing him with his pants off. Where is human dignity and prisoner rights especially a prisoner of war?
