What?! Are you really trying to argue that having very few followers confirms the truth of what he says?
Very few followers go with his truthfulness more than with his falsehood; because most people follow falsehood creeds.
For this reason, particularly at the start, the followers of every prophet are few.
In addition, take the Christ as an outstanding example: when he was among people, they denied him, because they saw he was human like them, and they doubted because of their wrongdoing with varying degrees of doubt.
But later Christianity spread when his followers [while they wanted to convince people] started to display him as extraordinary and superior to humans, especially about his miracles, and people started to spread lies and enthusiasm about him, and in this way, I think, Christianity spread.
So with real truth, people deny, but with lies and enthusiasm, they believe.
For this reason, Prophet Mohammed invited people with logic and arguments, not with miracles, with the exception of the Quran as the miracle... because if God gives him some objective miracles, either they will deny his miracles and say it is magic or they consider him as son of God.

because most people follow falsehood creeds.
did you pull that nugget of shit out of al hillbilly's ass or did he pull it out of yours?

there may be a angle of truth to it though, if it alludes to people following "the science", which shares with your religion a hell of a lot of guesswork and wishful thinking.

Most people incline to falsehood rather than the truth
This is mentioned in many ayat of the Quran, like this aya 43: 78, which means:
("We brought the true [religion] to you [in the life of the World], but most of you [people] were averse [and complying not] to the truth.)
http://quran-ayat.com/pret/43.htm#a43_78

And in the Quran 12: 103, which means:
(Yet most people, no matter how hard you strive [for their belief], will not believe [you.])

And it is cited in the Quran 6: 116, which means:
(If you obey most of those [people] on earth [in their opinions], they will misguide [and divert] you from God's way [because they are associaters] d; they only follow conjecture e and they only insist on their lies.)

Moreover, it is in the Quran 10: 36, which means:
(Most of them follow [concerning Abu Sufyan and his way] nothing but assumptions [deeming that he follows a correct and right way.]
But assumptions can by no means take the place of the certain truth [included in the Quran],

and God is All-Knowing of what they do [so He will punish them, in the Hereafter, according to their deeds.])

So this meaning is explained in many ayat of the Quran.

People in fact submitted themselves to the authority of Islam, not to the belief and faith
Quran 110
:
(In the name of God Most Gracious Most Merciful
1. When there shall come God's help [to you, O Mohammed, against your enemies ] and the triumph [and you conquer Mecca.]
2. And you see men embrace [Islam: ] the religion of God, in masses.

3. Then celebrate the praises of your Lord and ask His forgiveness; surely He is All-Turning [towards those who repent.])

Quran 49: 14, which means:
(The Arabs [of the desert: the tribesmen of Bani Asad] say, 'We believe.' [So God – be glorified – said:] Say, [Mohammed, to them]: 'You have not believed yet; rather say, "We have submitted ourselves [to the religion which you brought]"; But when belief enters [gradually] into your hearts, [you may then say: "We believe."])

If it isn’t, it ought to be. I’ve often wondered about that too. For 100,000 years Heaven watches indifferently as humans suffer and struggle before deciding “ Right, that’s enough of that,” then sends a message to help us. But does it go to places where civilization is beginning and people are starting to figure things out, like China or the Indus Valley? Nope, it goes to superstitious illiterates in the Middle Eastern desert. And does it tell us anything useful, like how to make soap and the true nature of disease and hygiene? Nope, just some guff about what a great and powerful character god is and a bunch of “Thou shalt” rules they must already have known or they’d never have survived as long as they did. Thanks for nothing.

Certainly, you are ungrateful to God's blessings that cover you from the summit of the head till the toe of your foot.
Riches, health, luxury, knowledge, respite given to you, you come and go, you sleep and awake, you eat of every delicious food, and drink the sweet water and the milk and its products, together with your family and children in your house and you ride in your car.
Everything has been given to you: clothes, furniture, plays, tv, internet, electric sets. In addition to your safety and security... and in spite of all these blessings you deny God and His bounties!?
God in fact, is Clement giving you respite, but do not bear conceit, O man, with your ignorance and ingratitude and blasphemy. and do not ignore your coming inevitable end
No thanks for you, for anything.

I'm gonna have to side with Torchy on this one.
That’s a surprise. He’s arguing that god provided me with all these blessings and I’m a dangerously (to myself) ungrateful sinner for failing to appreciate that and not believing in him. Is that what you’re agreeing with? That seems way out of character for you.

Well, my take is that you were provided with all you needed to live and thrive, through operation of the same processes that led you to exist. If Torchy wants to personify that as his Great Big Sky Daddy, it's no red off my ass.

Tecumseh said "When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If can find no reason to give thanks, the fault lies within yourself."

That works for me. If Torchy is too dull to give thanks to the processes that created him, and can only imagine those processes as the whims of a vengeful, nasty old man, the fault lies within himself.
