They are cross -border poisening Lake [dammed river] PendD'Orielle this July, in fact it has allready been done. I fished there last summer, and was about to head there today... Now I don't even want to dip my toe in it. That water flows into Canada.

Legally defined as "intentionally destroying another's property," beginning July 10, 2006, Marshall will administer lethal pollutions to 4,000 acres of waterfront real estate. Her official malfeasance lies in grossly neglecting and rejecting far safer, less costly, and equally effective alternatives including the local-harvesting of milfoil to produce chicken/cattle feed and/or composted fertilizer

K - Ok, so the short story is that Dow has sold the Washington State and Idaho governments the 2,4 D and Sonar chemicals, to be applied to Lake PendD'Orielle bordering Canada and the USA, flowing into the waterways of some of the most pure water on the planet.
200,000 pounds of poisens, to control milfoil, a weed that can be controlled, or even used, in ways that do not harm the aquatic life and poisen the water.

It is a perfect example of doing what is politically expedient, legally profitable, and arguably criminal, in place of the sensible alternatives. Why? so Elite Wealthy people will get some more of the pie rather than local incentives for sustainable management of milfoil.

It is quite possible that Dow Chemical Corporation had planted the milfoil itself, in many waterways in America and Canada, to create a problem of noxious weeds looking to be out of control and badly needing tough measures like 2,4-D. They would have also provided the propaganda and false hearings data against natural controls for milfoil. All of this was done with encouragement from the EPA, headed by Son-Of-A-Bush planted people like Gov. Dirk Kempthorne.
