- Highball ... My first thought upon reading your post was that the moderator would disallow it because Obama, having no interest in vigorously enforcing the laws or even allowing Arizsona and other states to do the heavy lifting in enforcing the federal laws against illegal entry and immigration to the US, obviously considers Mexico and Mexicans to be part of the USA and this is supposed to be a debate on foreign policy.
- But on second thought, this is a very good question inasmuch as Mexico despite Obama remains a foreign country and he promised to launch comprehensive immigration reform in his very first year of office.
- Now some lightweight liberal surrogate will chime in that illegal immigration from Mexico is actually down under Obama. But they fail to recognize that the reason such illegal border hoppers are down is that Obama has the economy so in the crapper that even sub-minimum wage jobs for illegal aliens are hard to come by lately.
- Maybe BO can play dumb like Smirkin Joe Biden did in his debate and (just as Biden said they had no idea that Libya was a dangerous place and Americans might need more security there) claim that he had no idea that Mexican drug lords given guns by American authorities might actually use them to shot people and that the American government authorities would lose track of the guns. That should be good enough for liberals who are dumb enough to believe anything that management trainee and novelty president Obama utters.
