mmm we have done oil with beef, seafood and chicken... and cheese with breads and both with veggies and of course chocolate... nothing like chocolate covered brocoli.. lmao.. ok..I put it in the wrong pot.. but it is a nice way to sit and relax and enjoy an evening visiting or watching a movie...

thing is.. scaling down to to the cheapest food does NOT mean you HAVE to have beans and wienies.... you can make awesome meals for less than 20.00 for a family... so if you are a single..that 20.00 meal can feed you at least 4 - 6 times... freeze it so you can have it once a week etc...
