I think that's the Tweet that was deleted. If not, it was another one on which he called for peace. It was removed because it doesn't fit what the US Establishment and MSM want the people to believe about Mr Trump.

I agree with the guy in the video. The US Constitution should be replaced by the Facebook community guidelines, because the former clearly contravenes the latter.
