My Wife :) does most of the cooking during the week and on the weekends I usually cook. I cook the more extravagant meals....well I see it that way anyway, but I also do the clean up in the kitchen (every few days...) :wink:

I love the stuff....but I don't like "sharp" cheeses, but I have never used them in mac and cheese before...I think I will give it a try.

Let's discuss it. I know there are some posters here with an incredible amount of knowledge about this subject from both sides of the fence. East vs. West? Right vs. Wrong? Was Soviet expansionism a threat? Did WWII play a significant role? Did the US actually win this or is it a facade...
