There are no travel bans. You can go where you want as long as you follow the protocols. ETC: some provinces or countries have travel bans or restrictions. I was referring to Canadians ability to travel in general.

People are allowed to travel. You just need to follow whatever protocols are in place for your source and destination.

I think his veto applies to the whole bill. I think this bill also made it through the senate as well. Not sure whose pork is whose. All that bacon its really hard to tell.
