    Yep, they are small lights that are solar powered. At night they turn on if they received sufficient light during the day(sunny days are better than overcast days).

    Thank you for the compliment about the deck. It was hard work, but worth it. Also, if I can find some pictures, I will post my flower garden. It has a butterfly bush in it!:)

    Well, the pictures are nice regardless of whether you did the planting or not.:)

    These plants are in a yard of our residential area, and I took these pictures there. It is costly to own such a big yard in China.
