Does Government Bailouts void NAFTA?

With all the government bailouts in America and Canada on manufactured goods I don’t think NAFTA is valid anymore.

In the NAFTA agreement governments can’t subsidize any of their countries companies.

NAFTA dies when the car companies get their money from the government.
