Quoting darkbeaver
I hope McCain wins. The destruction of America will be accellarated and I can buy cheap assets from starving Americans, maybe even have me some American slaves, if I can find any intelligent enough to wash my truck without scratching it. Ya McCains my man, I couldn't have invented a worse president to run a country totally on the rocks in the shortest possible time. Americas not really a country anyway, it's just a loose association of private property with no guts or brains and when the money runs out they got nothing left but starving cheezburger junkies and rabid born- agains. I hope it's on TV talk about reality programming eh. Bang bang ka-boom rat-tat-tat-tat swoosh ka-boom oh boy action telly. And nobodys going to miss them.
Spoken like a true capitalist Beave! Pick up those cheap assets while they're ripe.

[quote=Colpy;932794]First of all, before you call someone of McCain's caliber a "bastard", perhaps you should review his history..........and what have you sacrificed for your country, your friends, your society? Dick all, I bet.
We have had 'what he did for his country' shoved down our throats so much, as that is
what he is running on, and I have said on previous that I respect his military duty and
hardships, so now, lets get on with somelthing else, cause that is not credentials for being president of the u.s.

Secondly, I am a proud Canadian and a supporter of the monarchy, to call me a "republican" is simply ridiculous.
Okay dokay, a republican supporter.

Neville Chamberlain didn't like muscle-flexing war mongers either...........read a little history to see how huge an idiot he was...........leadership of any nation should not be left to those incapable of defending that nation.
Muscle flexing must have a little brain matter to go with it, and diplomacy, then you
have a true leader.

(sigh) ALL HAT NO CATTLE refers to people pretending to be cowboys..........they have the flash and the big hat, but none of the things that REALLY make them cowboys......much like Obama.........he talks nice, has lots of charisma, lots of flash......but he is all over the place.....what are his policies, the planks of his platform? The cattle so to speak? Where's the beef?

Doesn't change what it is 'a little silly expression', which doesn't explain reality, just
sarcasm and attention getting stuff. People who have to call names to others have
just run out of something to 'really' say.

Anything else you'd like explained
I have many things I would like explained to me, from time to time, but you would be the last person I would ask, but thanks for the offer.
Birds of a feather usually flock together, and you and I definitely don't fit that catagory.
Have a nice day

Here's why Hillary won: Republican crossover voters!

http://blog.cleveland.com/openers/20...ver_in_la.html

``Poll watchers throughout Ohio are noting large numbers of Republican voters crossing over to vote in the Democratic Primary between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton...

"That's a complete reversal of what it normally is, even more so," she said. "I've never seen a switch like this."
The defectors had motives both pure and sinister.
One woman voted for Clinton in hopes of delivering John McCain a weaker debate opponent.''

It's turning into quite a battle. They may have to mudwrestle for the title at the convention.

Republicans believe that due to the same reason McCain got the nomination or at least won in Michigan and Florida, conservatives do not like McCain ya know.

Obama and Hillary are both experienced street fighters. She is so cock sure she is going to win that I almost don't want to hear her cries of anguish if she doesn't get the nomination. Both have a past that is one I'm not impressed with. Someone has to remind her that it was her husband , not her who was a President. She has no more experience than Obama at that job. The one thing she proved she wasn't good at was keeping hubby at home in her bed.

``she wasn't good at was keeping hubby at home in her bed. ``

She was a big time corporate lawyer and supporter of corporate interests. But made quite a turn around when it suited her. But her biggest turn around was her initial and highly enthused support for Bush's war with a subsequent denouncement of it when its popularity declined.

Very convenient, indeed.

This on the Obama-NAFTA leak

http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2008/...ada-obama.html

If Jack Layton had his way the entire country would be under RCMP investigation 24/7. He calls for one about once every 3 hours. People have stopped listening to him.

Guess what?

If you trust your own source, you should retract that statement.

John McCain's name DOES NOT appear anywhere in the document.

One for McCain

Hurrah!

Hey! Unfair.

I hate Slick Willy, I think he should probably spend the rest of his life in prison for treason, sexual assault, perjury, theft, etc. I think she is just as bad....BUT you can't blame her for him getting his willy slick.
