WASHINGTON—The number of Democratic lawmakers planning to skip Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony Friday is growing, with more joining in the boycott after the president-elect took to Twitter over the weekend to rebuke civil rights leader Rep. John Lewis (D., Ga.) for saying Mr. Trump wasn’t a “legitimate president.”

At least 20 lawmakers, all Democratic members of the House, have said they wouldn’t attend. Some are citing the president-elect’s past lewd comments about women and remarks about illegal immigrants; others, such as Mr. Lewis, cite accusations of Russian-backed hacking of political committees during the 2016 election.

“I don’t see this president-elect as a legitimate president,” Mr. Lewis told NBC in comments released Friday. “I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected. And they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton.”

Mr. Lewis’ comments prompted Mr. Trump to say Saturday on Twitter that the lawmaker should focus on his district. He said Mr. Lewis, who marched with Martin Luther King Jr. and was beaten during the Civil Rights era, was “all talk, talk, talk—no action or results. Sad!”

They are probably scared of being arrested and charged with treason like many of them should be. Donald should put DC on lock-down as an example of how to build a wall in record time.

Re:trump's comments on women

MEDIA ADVISORY, April 12 /Christian Newswire/ -- The FBI destroyed a file on Barack Obama's grandfather, the man who selected Communist Frank Marshall Davis to be the future president's mentor during his growing-up years in Hawaii.

"The FBI confirms that a file was maintained on Obama's grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham," states Cliff Kincaid, the journalist who runs the public policy group, America's Survival, Inc. (ASI). "This is a troubling development in the effort to understand the Marxism that drives Obama's policies as president today."

In correspondence with Kincaid, available at www.usasurvival.org, the FBI says the file was destroyed in 1997. The FBI made the admission after Kincaid complied with a request to verify the identity of Dunham and the fact that he was deceased.

Dubbed "Gramps" by Obama, Dunham has been depicted in news reports as a patriot who served in the U.S. Army in World War II. But he had a close relationship with Communist Party USA (CPUSA) member Frank Marshall Davis in Hawaii, who reportedly drank and smoke pot with Dunham.

Davis was not only a communist but a pornographer who wrote a semi-biographical novel about having sex with a 13-year-old girl. He mentored Obama for as many as nine years of his young life in Hawaii.

Yup. The first thing that he should do is scoop up the opposition and make them disappear. He threatened to do that, back during the election ..."lock her up". .... all in the aid of FREEDOM, of course.

Good for them. Would it not be just the best if nobody came?

You know, this guy is going to name supreme court judges. Now, that's a scary thought. He might as well push the button first and be done with it.

It's all for the best.

No point in having a gaggle of crusty losers at hand to moan and wail about their crushing defeat
This will be a different kind of party.

Right idea, wrong term. The School of Americas trained death squads are how people 'disappeared' in Central and South America. These arrests and trials should be broadcast at the same level OJ was on the media, only this time the evidence will be there that gets a guilty verdict every time (or the person wouldn't be charged).
Liars need secrets and exposing the nuts and bolts of what went on since 1913 is something that should be well documented before it is in the history books so it can't happen again anytime in the future.

well, the russians can bomb the us with all the uranium hildebeast approved to be sold to them as secretary of state

"Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal

The headline on the website Pravda trumpeted President Vladimir V. Putin’s latest coup, its nationalistic fervor recalling an era when its precursor served as the official mouthpiece of the Kremlin: “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.”

The article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West. The deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought Mr. Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain.

But the untold story behind that story is one that involves not just the Russian president, but also a former American president and a woman who would like to be the next one.

At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One"

Dogs are better people than Democrats... And they don't whine and moan when they lose something
Mine watches me when I sweep the floor so I don't throw out anything of hers. She picks it up herself shout there be something in there. I take that to mean she would miss it at some point. Democrats on the other hand are quite without a real soul.

Was that just to make a buck? I thought Russia has access to lots of that material. Russia isn't interested in bombing or even trading with us. What they want is the US (and Canada) to quit interfering in the business dealings they will have with other nations. The US has a habit of punishing nations that don't let the US call the shots., that only works for a short time.

Say Trump didn't get the auto industry back and the US was put under sanctions that included a ban on vehicles. What would 'we' do then?? The answer is found by looking a Cuba after the sanctions came in. Manual labor was not a goal of Castro, it became a way of life because no spare parts were coming in to keep the machines running. Machines purchased from the US originally so if that is their way of doing business why would another producer not be chosen so spare parts would never be used as a threat.

Why isn't that looked at as being 'foreign nations involving themselves in US election process when it is known they run a pay to play version of politics?

Stalin "disappeared" most of the young officers in his army just weeks before Barbarossa (Oops! in Cyrillic). Let's see the "oops" that Herr Drumpf does to his intelligence community.

Her troubles might not be over and Obama would just be pissing Trump off enough that he would make sure justice was served.

HILLARY IS FREAKING! DOJ SHAPES UP BEFORE TRUMP TAKES OFFICE, LAUNCHES NEW INVESTIGATION ON CLINTON

How about 'not his' intelligence community instead?? You have to remember where the CIA (and all others after that) came from as this is the core.
