The first part is about the likelihood of minorities having the required identification sufficient for voting.
This is then superimposed with the second part which asks those in one category minority group if they have any form of identification for any validation situation.
It's extremely misleading and I'm not surprised you would post something so blatantly deceptive.
Deceptive, like pro sports is actually about sports. Most people know that without the 'outlet' that sports provides the 'wrong side of the tracks syndrome' would take over.
A truthful look at the past data where pollution was high will show that it came along with an increased number of 'fight rather than flight' incidents for 'no apparent reasons' while the lack of a certain gas was enough for the brain to register a few warning signs like 'short term memory loss', then the body starts to shut down, etc., then the body dies. Prevention seems to be 'air with an abundance of O2. In theory if the expanding earth theory is true and 200MYA the land and sea covered 5/8 of the size it is today, That 'decrease in altitude would change the spin factor so gravity and air pressure would be changed. A higher gravity would mean 'people' are bigger and stronger as long as they had enough food. Lots of green plants around would mean no pollution and a higher than 'normal' 02 count so the brain might be able to use more than we do day with a lower air pressure and more pollution.
The altitude sickness chart starts at a certain altitude but health and injuries would cause that figure to be altered somewhat. The thing that would not change would be the symptoms and the treatments. One such recommendation is oxygen but no recommendation on the extra amount or how long it should be taken so the max is up to the user. Too much will cause a dry throat and coughing will begin. Backing up is the only way to stop it which is similar to altitude sickness. You descent to a lower level and then climb at a slower rate with frequent stops to allow your body to change without any ill effects.
Those affects are well listed and none of them are good.
A similar cause will get the very same effect, the only thing that changes is the degree of that change. A little too fast all the way to a lot too fast and no people will experience the same changes. In one person it will be a greater change and in another it will be a major change in the other direction. At some point they put you on a stretcher to move you because your brain has shrunk and moving only bruises it and that never repairs itself.
The repairs for memory losses is the original path gets broken and a time delay happens if you 'do nothing' until that thought returns. Once you do that it is a matter of practice makes perfect in that, and nothing else changes, the time delay will get shorter and shorter over a year or so. Slow, but a permanent one where the treatment has an ending and the lapses do not return on their own? (or I'll be more than a little pissed off)
