Finally, some crystal-clear realism from a highly intelligent observer. Mostly, what we hear are cheerleading Trumpites who have long since suspended their disbelief and have become religiously faithful zealots for this narcissistic, bullying grifter who will lead us all straight over a cliff.

Democrats really need to shine a ray of light on all this doom and gloom. They need someone to stand up and say enough. This is the situation we are facing. What are we going to do about it. Sitting around whining and moping isn't going to change anything fps. Instead of bemoaning their fate, they should be working to change it.
The are millions of Americans who feel set adrift right now and are desperately looking for answers. Michelle had a perfect opportunity to lift the spirits of those Americans, give them some bit of hope instead of leaving them with hopelessness.

Because as a person whose words command some authority one might think it is her duty to put America and her people ahead of her own feelings? Or is it just going to be for years of mourning.
America's enemies
Obama and the rest of the Democrats are not doing anything to help their feeling of hopelessness. They are spreading rumors and predictions of every kind of disaster they can think up.
The President speaks with forked tongue! One minute he is saying he will do everything possible to help make a smooth transition, then he makes snide remarks about how Trump is doing all the wrong things.
If Michelle was at all gracious she would be promoting hopefulness, not hopelessness. If she can't do that she should keep her mouth shut. She was never an elected official and has no sway in politics as a First Lady. Just like Hillary when she was First Lady, overstepping her bounds.
Other First Ladies in history {Nancy Reagan, Eleanor Roosevelt) probably had a strong influence on their husbands but they did it as wives and didn't publicly speak their minds to the nation like Hillary and Michelle.
Party line. Besides she was the brains in the family. SHould of had her run for prez. First black woman would be a shoe in with the guilt ridden leftist rubes.
I don't see where she has personally caused any chaos except among those whose opinions differ on her what she said.
