Professor predicted Trump win, says he will be impeached

(CNN)The man dubbed "Prediction Professor" for accurately calling almost every presidential election since 1984, including the 2016 election, now forecasts the impeachment of President-elect Donald Trump.

"There's a very good chance that Donald Trump could face impeachment," Allan Lichtman told Erin Burnett on "Erin Burnett OutFront."
Poll expert eats bug after being wrong about Trump

Lichtman, a political historian who teaches at the American University in Washington, says he uses his own system of 13 true or false statements to judge whether the incumbent party will retain the White House. However, when it came to his bold prediction of a Trump impeachment, he told Burnett it's based on his instinct.

"First of all, throughout his life he has played fast and loose with the law," Lichtman said. "He has run an illegal charity in New York state. He has made an illegal campaign contribution through that charity. He has used the charity to settle personal business debts. He faces a RICO lawsuit."

Burnett pushed back at Lichtman's claim, noting his allegations have not been proven in a court of law and went on to ask why he thought Trump could be impeached when Republicans hold both the House and Senate.

"The Republicans are nervous about Donald Trump," Lichtman said. "He is a loose cannon. Nobody knows what he really believes or really where he stands. He can't be controlled. The Republicans would vastly prefer to have Mike Pence, an absolutely predictable down-the-pipe conservative Republican."

So a republican congress and senate will impeach a republican president? Seems highly unlikely.

But impeachment doesn't really do anything if I am not mistaken. Bill remained in power after he was impeached.

I have called all of them since Reagan. Not "almost" all of them but every last one.

"The Republicans are nervous about Donald Trump," Lichtman said.
The entire status-quo establishment is nervous
He can't be controlled.
One of the main reasons the people voted him POTUS. They are tired of 'controlled' politicians.

Of course they want someone who will do as they are told. So do all the establishment and Washinton insiders getting rich off tax money. Sadly they are all in for a big drop in income while the middle class is getting a raise which is another reason he won.

So Allan Lichtman predicted almost every presidential election accurately, he's only got a 50% chance of being wrong, I like those odds too. Chief mocumetary maker and obfuscator of truth Michael Moore also predicted a Trump win, as well as either impeachment or otherwise departure within a year, as reported so objectively by CNN, (Clinton News Network). People will be coerced to believe whatever the establishment wants them to, or as Lenin or Stalin at have said, "Ложь, сказанная сто паз, становища правдой".

To be fair, Bill loves peaches.

He could eat one for hours.

A cunning linguist to be sure.

He doesn't teach the leftard math you seem to be trying to use. Must be the same formula you and Notley and Mentalfart use to figure out how the carbon tax will help the economy.

Really? You think the carbon tax will help the economy?

This technology will make CO2 emissions a non issue but the carbon tax lovers are ignoring the story. Could it be that their issue isn't about limiting CO2 emissions and more about wealth transfer. It certainly appears that way.

You're such a simpleton

How did he make out on all the other predictions he must have made between these two events? Not very famous if the prophecy is just making the news now. Perhaps Trump will impeach the US and State Governments. Full confessions end up as amnesty with fines that take back what was taken illegally. Trump should also eliminate any interest on the national debt going back to 1913 and either print it and put it back into circulation where is should have been all along.
Rumors can be mild to wild until the swearing in and that is the day you lay out your hand and the truth so far is that both parties have been deceitful and dangerous to 'one of their own' so neither party should be viewed as neutral. Got to love the slant on Hillary and Orgy Island as being part of the Huma story as to who was her handler. Nice attempt but the island they went to and recorded was Jewish, one who took every advantage that has. Soros is also Jewish and he even brags that he was a Nazi Collaborator. Wow, good help really is hard to find if that is who we let take the reins to how things are run. Sh*t like that stinks and the only way to get rid of it is to air it out. If it is a shaming experience then that person might have a chance and change. Say 'we' give the EU to Israel as a test bed to how they want to run the world and in 10 years time it can be reviewed because quite frankly the last 100 years alone show their 'old methods' are outdated when the banking industry is examined. You cannot have a 'fair system' if it makes money that is tucked away by a few lucky people. This way they start off with something that is already green at no cost to anybody. Africa is also ready to become more active while America wanes if climactic changes are in the extreme. It might turn out that a nature park for wildlife from around the globe is also used as a seed bank to transplant to areas that change into the habitat they belong to. (if Africa goes Industrial then the herds will go the way of the buffalo, move some to a safe location which would be North America or Australia if it was greener. The payoff is way down the road but it does keep people busy and that is the main thing. Sitting around too much doesn't always end up with good results and some plans should remain just plans and never get acted on.

Gut instinct tells me he's not going to do a full term. Impeachment wouldn't surprise me. I just think he'll get pissed off with the rules and quit
Try some ozonated water, that might be an ulcer and time will only make it worse until you see this as a good thing, sort of like all the land west of the big rive would be opened up to homesteaders, it was called 'a rush' for a good reason. This will be more like a square dance on a Saturday night. We can also sell our old west stories to the Mid east as they will be able to relate to Gunsmoke and Bonanza as being about their own transition where the horse is a BMW and the stage is a bullet train. As in all the old west paperback novels for the 'plot' and you have enough scripts for a 10 year run.

Can't say as I think all that much of Lichtman. He's a decent professor, but I ain't seen nothing that'd make me bet the rent on his words of wisdom.

How can we make it a big deal then?

Convince 1/2+1 of the republican controlled house to impeach him and 2/3 of the republican controlled senate to actually agree.

The first part has only been done to a president twice. Andrew Jackson and Bill Clinton. Neither were convicted in the senate.
