50 G.O.P. Officials Warn Donald Trump Would Put Nation’s Security ‘at Risk’

Fifty of the nation’s most senior Republican national security officials, many of them former top aides or cabinet members for President George W. Bush, have signed a letter declaring that Donald J. Trump “lacks the character, values and experience” to be president and “would put at risk our country’s national security and well-being.”

Mr. Trump, the officials warn, “would be the most reckless president in American history.”

The letter says Mr. Trump would weaken the United States’ moral authority and questions his knowledge of and belief in the Constitution. It says he has “demonstrated repeatedly that he has little understanding” of the nation’s “vital national interests, its complex diplomatic challenges, its indispensable alliances and the democratic values” on which American policy should be based. And it laments that “Mr. Trump has shown no interest in educating himself.”

“None of us will vote for Donald Trump,” the letter states...

Welp. We don't want a reactionary little baby running the free world.
He's worse than Rob Ford 'and' he's not even on crack. Go figure.

No cushy jobs in the offing for them. Trump really has the political class running for cover. Good news for taxpayers. It would be in the citizens best interests if the corrupt leadership of both parties got ousted by Trump.

Those who signed that letter have their agenda.
They were part of past governments which started and continued on her downward spiral, leading to today's mess that America is in.
America's 'mess' is the result of bad judgment calls including weak foreign policies.
Those old busybodies should ride off into the sunset and keep their mouths shut. It's obvious from their own statements that they fear the past policies which they were part of might be exposed.

Yeah, the media is making a big deal out of every little detail. But they're not showing anyone who came into the party because of Trump, are they?
Media, especially CNN is soooooo biased, it's preposterous how blatant and obvious they are about it.
Even when they interview people from both sides on a panel, they let the Dem. supporters cut in, talk over and take over the discussion while Trump's supporters are silenced. Very few Trump supporters are allowed to speak their piece; maybe 1 in 10.

The thread title has the word would in it. A similar thread would say, "Hillary has put the security if the US at risk."

the Chinese have a saying:
"when one spends so much on war it bankrupts the state, the state will lose the war"

The people who actually do run the US, and NATO, THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX Eisenhower warned everyone about, once the US is used up, will then trash the place into fourthworldlyness, then wipe out the good ol USA's infra structure, and NO ONE will know where all the money went, or how to get it back.
BTW its a Bipartisan scam...
carry on

The elite in Washington and those with former ties to it are pulling out all the stops to keep Trump from winning the election. Why? If Trump won he could and most certainly would see all the skullduggery and cozy-cozy with terrorists that Obama/Clinton have been up to for the past eight years.

The e-mails coming out are damning enough but the report that the top military has falsified reports about the fight against ISIS, claiming more success than was actually achieved are the icing on the cake. Who do you suppose put those military brass up to their falsifying? Military takes all of their orders from the Commander-In-Chief, of course.

Who knows what kind of deals Obama/Clinton have made with terrorists?

Jeez! People compare Trump' remarks to Hitler; Trump's remarks can't come anywhere Hitlerism compared with what Obama/Clinton have done unbeknown to the American people and America's allies!

Small wonder the Dems want more gun control. If the truth about the selling out of America ever comes out fully the people will probably launch all-out armed revolution against the government.

Even if Trump wins the election it will probably be too late to undo all the hanky-panky done by Obama/Clinton. The terrorists have the upper hand right now economically and physically, in numbers and numbers of supporters around the world. Notice there have been no terrorists attacks in America for a few weeks now. Could it be they are waiting for Clinton to get elected so as to make their attacks easier?
