America and the world will continue to struggle with the damage he has done. And he will point to it, from any position of influence he can attain, as proof that he was right all along.

I'll tell you what's changed: a large chunk of the electorate either(a)simply doesn't care about truth or honesty, or (b) sees the skillful and continual skirting of the truth as something to be admired.

I think this speaks more to the fact that the Dems, and leftists in general, know the media have their back. They are playing from the same playbook and working together to push the same narrative. They are in lockstep as to what ideas to promote and what topics to keep in the shadows.

Besides, why quit doing what works? Are you listening GOP establishment, or are you still sulking?

moderate becomes extreme
hate becomes Republican
failure becomes victory
misplaying your dealt hand becomes wisdom
motive becomes dependent upon identity
kleptocracy becomes statesmanship
acts of war become lone wolf gun nuts
don't blame the few becomes blame the many
incompetence becomes your only option
fair treatment becomes racist
change becomes the status quo

Welcome to the mendocracy. Remember the con job that masqueraded as our last federal election?

After this election, it will be illegal to defy the sovereign. When the state reaches ever higher levels of confiscation, coercion is always required.

Chase out the productive, so only the dependent are left behind. Dependent on whom? Cue to Greece

You must be talking about Bush and Cheney. A well as bankrupting the United States with open-ended spending on two losing wars, creating American's first gulag, subcontracting torture to the Syrians, they inadvertently created ISIS through their actions. Obama's dithering doesn't come close to the damage that they did.

Intelligence usually means he says stuff you agree with. If you disagree, he's an idiot. Me thinks stepping down from mod has given Loc a more open license to troll.

High approval rating for the man. Lots of work to be done after the Republican schmucks ****ed things up entirely.

It matters little how well written a piece of hate propaganda is, it is still hate propaganda and the OP is still trolling. The fact is that the biggest purveyors of of hate, destruction, mayhem, terror and death in this world is the US. Any attempt to divert attention away from or to lessen the impact is considered subversion by the military/industrial complex. Considering what Obama had to work with, the mess he inherited from Dubbya and company, I think he did the best he could. No saying he did much because his hands were tied. However, he will go down in history as one of the most intelligence and articulate of US presidents ever (except in the minds of the brain dead republicans, especially those who think the Donald or Cruz were intelligent, of course).

Anyway, the feeling is quite mutual Loc. Carry on being the forums biggest troll.

Putting policy aside, Bernie is a bit slow and should have been more articulate as a leader.

The truth is that he's helped push Clinton to be more progressive and because she actually changed, it helped her campaign.

Trump, believe it or not, is in the same position Republicans have always been - he's just 'honest' about it.

And that's why they are stuck with a fervent and very angry, but limited fanbase that will never get back into power again.

Kinda like our Conservatives. :D
