Not yet. It's a fine line. Until you announce you're running, you can fundraise without limits. Once you've announced, there are limits on your fundraising ability. But if you wait too long, you could lose momentum to the earlier announcers. So it's all a matter of timing.

However I did hear on the news that he's got some baggage with taxes and his form of governance so he may be boxed out quick. Ultra Libs want Liz Warren in. I'd like to see her compete on the national stage because she is VERY protected here in Massachusetts. She is like the Rocky character where Mick protected him from the best fighters until Mr. T came along. Her interviewers are hand picked NPR types.
