Rush's Theorem is that Obama policies (including Obamacare) are very unpopular in America, but not associated with President Barack Obama, himself. Rather, he is seen as fighting the problems his policies cause. Hat tip: Wikipedia

The Mackerel Theorem.

All of the names of states in the United States contain at least one letter from the word "mackerel", except Ohio.

Why not Ohio?
