It was reported she told the President that she was a "big distraction" to the success of this ACA program and intended to leave 2 months ago. He asked her to stay on until it really began to attract significant sign ups. She did that but now as a loyal Obama soldier she is gone. But a $150,000. a year retirement plus benefits and an exemption from the ACA is a bad send off is it?
