Of course it won’t stop the Obama administration from sending weapons.
(CNSNews.com) – Speaking Thursday at a joint appearance with Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Secretary of State John Kerry admitted that there were “many al Qaeda leaders now operating in Syria”—where President Barack Obama decided two months ago to provide military support to rebel forces fighting alongside al Qaeda to overthrow the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Asad.

Asad is a member of the Alawite sect, which is a derivative of Shiite Islam; the Syrian rebels are predominantly Sunni, and al Qaeda is Sunni.

According to the CIA, Assad’s Alawite sect represents no more than 16 percent of the Syrian population, while 74 percent of Syrians are Sunni. In Iraq, by contrast, about 32 to 37 percent of the population in Sunni and 60 to 65 percent is Shiite. Al Qaeda is in opposition to both the Shiite-connected government of Syria and the Shiite-majority government of Iraq.

Is the US and her Gulf State allies trying to get rid of potential witness at the Hauge War Crimes after the rabble are killed off by Government Forces?

Many Alqeada are operating in the US too and are locked and loaded awaiting the go signal. Most are in well organized cells and well supported financially by their brothers in the Middle East.

Geez... just watching some videos of the war in Syria. What a mess. Syrian Army vs FSA... Hezbollah vs Al Queda... both sides issuing fatwas and curses upon each other.

Al Queda setting of a car bomb in Hezzbollah controlled Lebanon... wow. Hezzbolah is the crowd that made car bombers famous like Shlitz was to Milwaukee.

Religious leaders on both sides screaming their brains out... ripping their hair on TV.

What a slow grind of destruction

We fund who ever is against the present government Remember the present
government was our ally in the first Gulf War. This is musical chairs and the
people change. We should not fund the Rebels they are all fanatics and hate
us. When you finance, fertilize and tend to a poisoned crop it will poison you.
They same thing for Egypt. The government has Muslims, Christians and others
the other side has the Muslim Brotherhood how diverse is that?
