Donald Trump said the vote was disgusting, unamerican, and said other stupid things.
The Republicans have hung their hats in losers like him, they clearly are anti-Hispanic, allow their candidates to speak of rape like it's nothing, hate the unions, don't give a flipping crap about the middle class, etc. You just can't win that way.

You also don't win votes by scaring people and the TP scared a lot of people.
CNN is showing that Romney is leading the popular vote by 330 votes - 49% to 49% - talk about right down the middle.
Are you telling us Walter that Romney won the election? I can't seem to find confirmation...:smile:
Just saying what, Walter.........CNN shows Obama and Romney neck in neck in the popular vote.
That's because Republican districts have not been blocked like Democratic districts have such as in Miami-Dade, Minneapolis, Ohio, and others.
In Minneapolis, the polls are supposed to close early but they were kept open until 10:00 because people were blocked - the state assigned too few attendants, or sent people into wrong voting areas, etc. Thus, thousands of people were disenfranchised again and that is why so many people give up voting. Also bear in mind that NJ/NY which were hit badly by the storm, there were hundreds of thousands who did not vote. And these are mostly in Democratic districts.
One thing more - many Hispanics do not vote because they fear the government will come after them even though they are legal citizens, or members of their families who may not be here legally. This means that perhaps one million people have not voted when they should. But we don't know for certain.
NOTE: Miami-Dade (majority Democrats) just closed its voting booths and they will not count the votes for now. They may do it tomorrow.
Fairfax Virginia which is Democrat has suddenly "lost" 100,000 votes. Strange, ain't it?
When you consider all this, the idea that Obama won by a slight majority is a distortion.
The largest voting group in the USA are the hispanics, and when Romney said "force deportation" of millions of individuals .. I voted Obama.. if he had a better plan to deal the the illegals, like Reagan did he would have won on both economy and immigration.

All he did was to attack Obama but never addressed how he would fix the Republican created mess. He laughed as Obama was called "empty chair" but failed to note that his campaign did not say anything of substance throughout all the proceedings. Romney had many supporters on this forum - but how many of them posted a list of reforms Romney proposed? How many real changes was he going to make? How was he going to improve things?
Answer: ZERO to all.
That's why he lost and America won.

Sadly, the American voters have made the choice to become a European style ultra liberal country. It is sad to see the demise of this country, as it has always existed.
